Leadership Team
David Hickman is the founder and lead visionary of CharlotteONE. David provides the overall leadership, strategic thinking and passion for this unified movement of local churches. He earned a B.A. in Bible and Religion from Montreat College and is a graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary where he earned a Masters of Divinity degree. David's passion is to see young adults come to know the love of God through Jesus Christ.
David and his wife Monica live in Charlotte with their two sons, Ryan and Cole.
